The survey will help identify opportunities to improve housing and enhance overall neighborhood quality of life. As part of this effort, YNDC representatives will document vacant structures and collect information on major exterior code issues such as roof deterioration, collapsing porches or foundations, missing siding, or significant debris.
Survey teams will conduct their work only from public rights-of-way (streets and sidewalks) and will not enter private property. They are expected to be courteous and respectful when interacting with residents.
