Open yourself to love and kindness and re-align your energetic body with a 60-minute sound bath focusing on balancing your heart chakra. Using quartz crystal singing bowls, Sound bath meditation creates a very gentle, yet powerful modality to treat the body and mind while restoring inner balance and health.
