The neighborhood targeted for improvements include the area in the northern section of CT 315 in the Patagonia area. Major infrastructure improvements will be undertaken on the following streets: Champlain, Herr, Kossuth, and Cambria Streets, Westinghouse Boulevard., Carbon Drive and St. Mary’s Road.
The 2013 Phase I work was completed on Champlain, Herr and Westinghouse Streets. The 2014 Phase 2 work includes improvements to Kossuth Street and Cambria Street. A construction contract was awarded at the August Board of Commissioners meeting to Protech Asphalt, New Castle, PA for $139,928.50. FY 2013 City of Hermitage CDBG funds were used for this project. Project is complete.
