HERMITAGE GIRLS SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION

Parents/Guardians,

I welcome you and your daughters to the newly formed Hermitage Girls Softball Association. As you go through the process of registering your daughter(s) please ask questions or express comments so that we can better serve you. Girls have the choice to play for either a 12U or 18U slow pitch team as well as 10U, 12U, 14U and 18U fast pitch team. Registration fees are $40 per girl capped at $80 per family (two or more girls). We are also asking for a $50 refundable check per player for concession stand duty. This check will be held and not cashed and as parents/guardians work their shift in the concession stand this check will be returned. Each player will be asked to sell raffle tickets based on the Pennsylvania daily evening lottery 3 digit number, these tickets will be passed out later in the spring after teams are formed. This will be the one and only fund raiser so we hope to have full participation. Each division will have skills assessment tryouts. Players will be contacted as to when and where these tryouts will take place. All players, returning or new, will be asked to come to these skill assessments so that coaches can evaluate players and put together a well rounded team. Players returning to a team in the same age division will be kept together. Please feel free to call or email me with questions.
