2009 Holiday Light Parade
The 2009 Hermitage Holiday Light Parade

Saturday, November 21, 2009 at 6:00 PM

This annual event started in 1998 and features over 70 participants in various categories competing for over $2,500 in awards and cash prizes.

The parade begins at the intersection of East State Street and North Kerrwood Drive, travel east to the intersection of East State Street and Route 18, turn left and proceed to the entrance of the Hermitage Middle School. The estimated crowd for the 2009 parade was 22,000-24,000 people.

The Community Food Warehouse reported that canned food donations were up 150% from the previous year!
